  1. Length of marriage;
  2. Conduct of the parties during the marriage;
  3. Age of parties;
  4. Health of parties;
  5. Station of the parties during the marriage;
  6. Occupation of the parties;
  7. Amount and sources of income available to the parties;
  8. Vocational skills of the parties;
  9. Employability of the parties;
  10. Estate (assets) of the parties;
  11. Liabilities the parties;
  12. Needs of each of the parties and children;
  13. Opportunity of each party for future acquisition of capital assets and income; and
  14. The amount and duration of alimony, if any.
Additional Discretionary Considerations:
  1. Contribution of each of the parties in the acquisition, preservation or appreciation in value of their respective estates; and
  2. Contribution of each of the parties as a homemaker to the family unit.
